Sponsored Vendors: $160 
•The sponsored vendor package is the top of the line package for this year's event! It includes:
•Your company's name and website on all advertisements including flyers and postcards. We include logos if space permits. 
•6ft. table with tablecloth 
•2 chairs for two representatives from your company
•Your company name (linked to your website) listed on our homepage  
•Your website featured on our social media pages
•List of all the registered brides and grooms that attend the expo
 

 

Featured Vendors: $110 

The featured vendor package is perfect for specific vendors to feature their products and services at this year's event. It includes:
•6ft. table with tablecloth 
•2 chairs for two representatives from your company
•Your company name (linked to your website) featured in our vendor directory on our website
•Your website featured on our social media pages
•List of all the registered brides and grooms that attend the expo
Please note: To produce a well rounded show, categories are limited to 2 to 3 vendors per category except wedding planners. We will allow 4 wedding planners per show. We will only allow one rep per each direct sales company. ​All vendors are required to remain at the show . You will not be able to leave the show early unless their is an emergency.

 

 
 
Standard Vendors: $60    Photobooth spaces are $80 due to the amount of space required
This is the best price for a spot in a bridal show! It includes:
•6 ft. draped table with tablecloth 
•2 chairs for two representatives from your company
•Your company name (linked to your website) featured in our vendor directory on our website

Show setup time is 10:00 AM. Setup must be complete by 12:30 PM.
If you arrive after 12:30 PM, you cannot setup. THE SHOW IS FROM 1-4.
 
• Sponsored and featured vendors will be featured on the Facebook page and group for the “Vendor Spotlight”.
We will feature information about your business, a link to your website and social media pages.
• The sponsored and featured vendors will be able to add items to the swag bags.
NO SPACES CAN BE HELD WITHOUT A PAYMENT!
• The deposits are due ASAP in order to hold your space. The tables are first come first served. 
The final payment is due by December 10, 2015.
Please note: Vendors are not allowed to eat at their table at the show. We want you to enjoy the show as well. Therefore, please bring someone that can work the table with you when you need to take a break. 

Acceptance into the Budget Bridal Show
All vendors must fill out an application before being accepted into the Budget Bridal Expo. We strive to include vendors who offer reasonably priced packages and services when compared to other vendors in the same category.
YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO ADVERTISE ANY OTHER VENDORS AT YOUR TABLE OTHER THAN THE COMPANY THAT IS REGISTERED.
***If you are a previous vendor of the show, you do not have to complete a new application.
You do however, need to complete a new agreement for the any new shows you are participating in.
